Vercel open-sources SRE agent that automates incident investigation in Slack

Vercel released an incident response agent built on the eve framework, designed to investigate production issues directly in Slack. The agent uses a hypothesis-driven approach to gather context from Datadog, GitHub, and Vercel, test 2-4 likely root causes, and report conclusions with verifiable evidence. Reports cover impact, timing, affected systems, and next steps. The integration uses Vercel Connect for authentication with read-only tokens and OIDC.
