Emerald AI raises $150M Series A to optimize data center power flexibility

Emerald AI announced a $150 million Series A round, valuing the company at over $1 billion, with total raised capital reaching $220 million. The company addresses power constraints in AI data centers by making them flexible enough to respond to grid conditions via software. After 18 months of demonstrations across five global data centers, Emerald AI has entered its commercial scaling phase.
