Harvard Business School is running an eight-week, $699 online startup bootcamp under its HBS Foundry platform where aspiring founders rehearse investor pitches, sales calls and board meetings with AI clones of Harvard instructors—including AI avatars for repeated pitch practice before real meetings. The clones cover seven HBS professors and senior lecturers with backgrounds in VC, business-model design, board dynamics and startup strategy; participation was voluntary with dedicated recording, testing and ongoing feedback.
