Qwen App Integrates Alibaba Cloud TokenPlan for Direct Token Deduction

The Qwen App and PC client now support integration with Alibaba Cloud TokenPlan. After binding an APIKey, tokens consumed during complex tasks in the "Work Assistant" (such as PC/browser automation and Office document handling) will be directly deducted from the user's subscribed TokenPlan quota, eliminating the need for separate purchases.
