Goldman Sachs partner Chris Churchman, who leads one of the bank's flagship AI projects, says AI could create "cognitive atrophy"—bankers may become dependent on models before developing their own judgment. Yet he concedes that much of what junior bankers do is exactly what AI will do far better.
