Training Krea 2 LoRAs to Generate 360 Panoramas for Gaussian Splat Scenes

The author shares a free 360° panorama-to-3D workflow: two Krea 2 LoRAs were trained — one generates 360 panoramas from text, the other outpaints an entire world around an input image. Training took 10,500 steps and 16 hours on an RTX 6000 Pro, with excellent results.
Output is a standard COLMAP dataset, so it can go into any splat trainer; the author used LichtFeld Studio and brush. Full tutorial is free on their Patreon with no signup required.
