fx v0.0.6: Remote HTTP MCP, 23% Faster Workflows

AI coding tool fx released v0.0.6, adding remote HTTP MCP server support and performance improvements. Auto mode is now safer and more token-efficient, approval workflows are up to 23% faster, and the macOS binary is smaller. The update also fixes sign-in issues for Codex, Grok, and MCP, and sets Kimi K3 Fast mode as the default for new Gateway sessions.
