Anthropic open-sources dataset of Claude-designed protein binders

Anthropic released a new dataset on Hugging Face containing protein binders designed from scratch by Claude. In collaboration with Adaptyv Bio and Twist Bioscience, Claude successfully designed binders against 14 out of 15 targets. The dataset includes wet lab validation results and computational predictions, totaling over 361k rows under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
