OpenAI is reinstating the 5-hour usage cap for Codex and Work on ChatGPT Plus accounts to smooth compute loads and prevent casual users from exhausting their weekly quota accidentally. Pro subscribers ($100/$200) will remain exempt from this limit for the coming months.
