Apple launches M6 and M5 Ultra chips: 2nm process and quad-die architecture

Apple debuted the M6 and M5 Ultra chips. M6 is Apple's first 2nm chip, featuring a 12-core CPU, 12-core GPU, and Dual 16-core Neural Engine. M5 Ultra introduces a quad-die architecture with up to a 36-core CPU and 80-core GPU, delivering 1.2TB/s of unified memory bandwidth. Both deliver significant leaps in AI compute.
