Row-Bot ships five releases: durable orchestration and context metering

The dev shares open-source agent project Row-Bot's updates from v4.5 to v4.8:
- Orchestration: rebuilt from bounded child runs to durable, resumable parent-led orchestration, with resumable document ingestion, authenticated remote access, headless server mode, and hardened Docker deployment
- Context management: on-demand tool/skill loading cuts prompt overhead; full context metering, rolling compaction, and model-specific capacity enforcement added
- Reliability: fixes for agent restart recovery, detached processes, workspace locking, and Ollama detection; runtime failures now degrade or recover instead of leaving stuck agents
- Model integration: v4.8 adds per-model reasoning controls, 64K Ollama Auto context, and dynamic OpenCode transport discovery
