Abridge CEO Shivdev Rao argues that evaluation (evals) will be the primary long-term moat for enterprises. Many AI product teams are already committing over $10M annually to human expert evals, as you can't improve what you can't continuously measure. The prediction is that within 12 months, every Fortune 500 company building AI products will have an 8-figure evaluation stack.
