NeurIPS 2026 will host the workshop "I Can't Believe It's Not Better: Failure Modes of AI in Biology" (ICBINB-BIO). The event will take place in Sydney in December 2026. The call for papers focuses on unexpected challenges, failure modes, and boundary conditions encountered when developing and deploying AI for biological tasks. The goal is to share experiences to help the community avoid unproductive paths and foster a culture of transparency. The submission deadline is August 29, 2026.
