OpenAI Codex Pro users report quota draining faster after weekly reset

Users report abnormal quota consumption rates for the OpenAI Codex Pro 20x tier following a weekly reset. Previously, $200 of usage consumed about 10% of the quota; post-reset, the same usage consumed 20%. A subsequent $20 usage dropped the quota by another 4-5%. Users suspect changes in quota allocation or account rebalancing by OpenAI.
