CXMT's LPDDR6 has been revealed, with Xiaomi's XRING-03 SoC being the first adopter. The memory has a design ceiling of 12800 Mbps, operating at a base transmission of 10667 Mbps with the SoC, delivering 113.8 GB/s bandwidth. It features a single die size of 16 Gb and comes in a 16 GB chip using 1295 Ball POP packaging. CXMT prioritizing domestic OEMs is critical for China's consumer electronics industry.
