Gemini CLI nightly fixes A2A cancellation errors and safety checker config

Google released Gemini CLI v0.56.0-nightly.20260825 with three fixes: clearing stale cancellation errors in the A2A server on new message turns, declaring top-level safety checkers in write policy configuration, and optimizing history rollback and retry nudges.
