OdinLovis · x · 2026-08-25
The author released STUDIO 1939, a hand-painted golden-age animation style LoRA for MiniMax H3 video generation. The model achieves text-based character consistency without reference images by freezing character descriptions. In tests, the author generated an 8-minute film (87 scenes, 261 shots) in 28 minutes and a 5-minute film (108 shots) in 21 minutes, with generation speeds faster than playback.
