Designer uses Runway to create creative job application video, gets rejected

A product designer applicant created a video featuring an AI avatar (@AIGirlDesiree) interviewing them to apply for a role at Runway. The video was generated using RunwayML to demonstrate creativity and fit for the company. Ironically, the author received a rejection email just as they were posting the work. They are now sharing the video to showcase their skills to other potential employers.
