WSJ: Bosses push for public Slack channels to feed data to AI agents
rohanpaul_ai · x · 2026-08-25
WSJ reports that bosses are urging employees to move useful work info from private DMs to public company channels so AI agents can access it. Private discussions on customer issues remain invisible to agents, while public channel data can be used for briefings and Q&A. Zapier is gamifying this, aiming for 80% of leadership messages to be in searchable, AI-readable channels.
