Claude Code CLI 2.1.243 Update: New Loop Analysis and Model Picker Settings

Claude Code CLI version 2.1.243 is released with the following updates:
- Enhanced /usage: Added a Loops breakdown showing run count, total tokens, tokens per run, and last run time per loop, making it easy to spot runaway or chatty tasks.
- modelPicker setting: Allows curating the /model picker with an ordered, labeled list of models (supporting Vertex/Bedrock IDs), which can append to or replace the built-in lineup.
- Other: Bundle file size reduced by 0.2%.
