Claude Code v2.1.243: Adds Loop analytics, keyless login, and pricing settings

Anthropic released Claude Code v2.1.243 with significant improvements:
- Usage Analytics: /usage now includes per-loop run counts and token stats to spot chatty tasks;
- Model Management: Added modelPicker to curate available models;
- Cache Control: Separate promptCacheTtl settings for main agents and subagents;
- Cost Tracking: modelPricing setting supports custom enterprise rates;
- Auth Options: New keyless sign-in via Anthropic Console for orgs without API keys;
- Reliability: Fixed MCP server reconnection issues in non-interactive sessions.
