Claude Code CLI 2.1.243 Released with Loops Breakdown and Model Curation

Claude Code CLI 2.1.243 introduces several key features:
- Loops Breakdown: /usage now details per-loop metrics (run count, total tokens, tokens/run, last run) to identify chatty or runaway loops.
- Model Picker Curation: New modelPicker setting allows configuring an ordered, labeled list of models (supporting Vertex/Bedrock IDs) to override or supplement the default lineup.
- Cache Control: Added promptCacheTtl and subagentPromptCacheTtl settings, enabling API/cloud users to maintain a 1-hour cache for the main conversation while keeping subagents at 5 minutes.
- Enterprise Pricing: modelPricing setting enables /cost, status bar, and telemetry to use contracted organization rates instead of list prices.
- Keyless Login: Added "Sign in with your Console account" option under /login.
