Claude Enterprise adds centralized auth for MCP connectors
schwentker · x · 2026-08-25
Anthropic announced enterprise-managed authorization for MCP connectors. Admins can now provision connectors for their entire organization via an Identity Provider (starting with Okta).
Users automatically inherit access through existing IdP groups and roles upon first login, achieving zero-touch setup. Supported tools include Asana, Atlassian, Canva, Datadog, Figma, Granola, Linear, Notion, Slack, and Supabase, with Exa, Miro, and Zoom coming soon. Developers can also add enterprise-managed auth to their own third-party MCP connectors.
