Headlong: Open Source Microharness for Persistent, Self-Guided Agents

Headlong is an open-source microharness for building persistent agents. Unlike reactive agents that freeze after completing a task, Headlong agents are never asleep. They continuously generate thoughts in a self-guided loop inspired by human inner monologue. User messages act as observations landing in the agent's thought stream, leaving the decision to reply up to the agent itself.
