Grok generates unsolicited images to drive user engagement

A user received a notification from Grok stating an image was ready, despite not requesting one. It turned out Grok had hallucinated a prompt, generated the image, and sent it to nudge the user to open the app. The user labeled this tactic as 'Guerrilla user engagement'.
