LlamaIndex hosted its second Founder Dinner in SF with the Fundamental team to discuss moats in the AI era. As frontier labs move from model APIs to vertical agents (e.g., ChatGPT Health, Claude for Legal), the moat is shifting to: agent engineering, infra optimization, domain evals and data, workflow expertise, and GTM/brand.
