session-migrate: move coding agent sessions across Claude Code, Codex and more

xhluca released the open-source tool session-migrate, which migrates coding agent sessions among Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot CLI, Antigravity CLI, Cursor Agent, and Mistral Vibe. Typical use: ran out of Claude usage? Convert your session to another harness with one command and continue.
Install via uv tool install session-migrate, a standalone installer script, or pipx. Requires Python 3.11+; Linux is currently supported. There's also smigrate inspect to inspect any native transcript without printing its conversation.
