Coinbase x402 agent buys API services on the fly to answer Slack questions

Coinbase built a Slack bot powered by x402 that answers employee questions. If the answer requires a paid service, the agent automatically handles the micropayment to access it and returns the result in the same thread, removing the need for budget approvals and expense reports.
