Paper: Agent Memory Provenance Has a Budget Problem

Born from the AGI House hackathon, 'HorizonMonkey' is now a paper examining 'provenance' in agent memory systems. While keeping source links prevents corruption, it introduces a budget problem: an agent inheriting 300 beliefs can only verify 2 links per cycle. Security relies on the decision strategy under budget constraints—what the agent decides to check matters more than the mere existence of the ability to check.
