Call for Naturalistic Science: Observing AI Agents in the Wild

Danielle Fong is launching an initiative to build an online 'field station' for studying AI agents naturalistically. The goal is to track and understand multi-agent, multi-human dynamics in the wild, determining what agents are and what they want, rather than just testing them in controlled 'Skinner boxes'. The project is seeking collaborators to build this new scientific field.
