Porsche signs $1.5B, 5-year deal with TCS to deploy AI across operations

Porsche and Tata Consultancy Services have agreed on a 5-year, $1.5B deal that includes:
- TCS deploying AI tools across Porsche's operations, engineering, and customer support;
- TCS acquiring Porsche's automotive consulting group (MHP Management) at a valuation above $300M.
