Seeking recommendations for the best local LLM to write good prompts for MiniMax H3's ref2va task. The author tried Gemma 4 12B and Qwen 3 14B without satisfaction and suspects the system prompt might be the issue. Even using ChatGPT to generate a system prompt yielded mediocre results.
