Developer mayfer shares his agent documentation workflow: he built a mini markdown-to-wiki renderer with nested folders, index files, "imports" from other markdown file sections, and references to code files to keep things organized. The key trick: periodically ask models to review all code and markdown and find inconsistencies—the code and the spec act as checksums for each other, creating a self-correcting process.
