Intel China Follows Bonsai on Quantization; Quinary Quantization Bet to be on Pareto Frontier

Intel China is fast-following Bonsai's quantization efforts. The author is excited because PrismML hasn't PTQ'd the ds-v4-flash-base model yet, but once training code drops, it will be clear if quinary quants (2.32bpw) are on the Pareto frontier. The author bets they are.
