Porsche signs $1.5B AI deal with TCS, acquires consulting unit MHP

Porsche has signed a $1.5 billion deal with India's Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to integrate AI across its engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer experience. As part of the agreement, TCS will also acquire Porsche's Germany-based consulting unit MHP, which specializes in automotive and technology consulting.
