OpenAI's Ultrafast mode aimed to be default, countering 'niche' description

Responding to a description of an OpenAI inference mode as 'niche', Gavin Baker cited an OpenAI technical staffer who stated they intended this currently capacity-limited 'Ultrafast' mode to be the default. Baker questioned whether a default mode for the flagship OpenAI model should be described as niche.
