Claude Project Memory reportedly vanishes after pausing and re-enabling Memory

A user reports a Claude bug: after briefly pausing and re-enabling Memory, the Project Memory field disappears from all projects. Account-level Memory still works and Claude still uses project context, but the field is gone everywhere. The behavior was reproduced on a second account — pausing hides it, and re-enabling does not bring it back.
