How to Disable Invisible ChatGPT Tracking and Model Training

To fully protect privacy beyond just deleting the memory list, two additional settings must be disabled to stop background data usage:
- Turn off "Reference chat history": Go to Settings → Personalization to prevent the model from using your past chats invisibly.
- Turn off "Improve the model for everyone": Go to Settings → Data Controls to ensure your chats are not used to train future models.
