To address the 20-second limit and high VRAM usage of MiniMax H3 lip-sync, the author released a ComfyUI addon that automatically chains generations for long videos. It includes a switcher between 32B and 4B CLIP models to save 10GB VRAM, alongside tested presets and optimization workflows.
