机器之心 · wechat · 2026-08-24

According to Bloomberg, Nvidia has informed major customers that prices for servers equipped with its AI chips will rise by over 15% starting early 2027, covering flagship platforms like Grace Blackwell and Vera Rubin.

Drivers

The direct driver is the surge in memory (HBM and system memory) prices and supply constraints. SK Hynix predicts 2027 will see extreme supply tightness, and Micron's 2026 HBM capacity is sold out.

Impact

Context

The upcoming Vera Rubin platform claims up to 10x lower cost per token than Blackwell, but higher hardware entry costs raise the barrier to entry.
