Developer @thdxr revealed "OX Alpha," a new type of LLM that recursively updates a persistent latent state instead of reasoning entirely through tokens. This allows internal representations to converge before decoding, generating shards that dynamically alter the model's residual geometry without changing weights. The stated purpose was to handle something too large for any existing context window: "your mom."
