Xiaomi Unveils Xuanjie O3 Flagship SoC with All-Module AI

Xiaomi launched its second flagship SoC, Xuanjie O3, built on 3nm process with an AnTuTu score exceeding 5.22 million. It integrates AI capabilities into all modules: CPU adds matrix engines, GPU debuts neural acceleration units, and NPU delivers 200 TOPS. Xiaomi also unveiled the O100 edge AI accelerator and D100 autonomous driving chip.
