CC'ed lands on App Store: native push notifications for agents via one webhook

Indie product CC'ed just got approved to the App Store. It gives agents, scripts and automations a single private webhook: when a Codex run pauses for approval, a CI build fails, a backup finishes or a server restarts, CC'ed fires a native push to your Apple devices (e.g. "Agent paused for approval / Need your input here"). Demos also cover rain alerts and cancelled trains — handy for surfacing human-in-the-loop signals from long-running tasks.
