Custom GPTs being deprecated leaves business users scrambling for replacements

A business account holder with 200 seats reports on Reddit that OpenAI is deprecating Custom GPTs, which dozens of their employees use daily. Their most-used bot is an "RTFM" GPT with uploaded hardware and software user manuals for internal lookup.
They are asking the community what feature can replace Custom GPTs to provide the same service.
