Using Claude Code as a Read-Only Code Reviewer with Session Logs
Ubunta · x · 2026-08-24
A user shared their experience using Claude Code as an independent code reviewer. By configuring a read-only sandbox, they maintained full session logs of every command run, allowing the review process to be replayed later. The author noted that the advantage is the ability to prove exactly what the AI looked at (provenance). However, the downside is that this proves provenance, not correctness, meaning the findings still required manual verification.
