AI4India Launches AI Diffusion Matrix Report and Assessment Tool

At the AI for India Summit, AI4India launched the AI Diffusion Matrix Report and Assessment Tool, developed with NITI Aayog. The framework examines AI adoption depth across strategy, people, processes, data, technology, and governance. The tool allows organizations to quickly assess their standing and identify priorities for meaningful AI outcomes.
