FieldGeo introduces 16M parameter models to revolutionize geometric reasoning in AI CAD
Scobleizer · x · 2026-08-24
Connor Kapoor introduced FieldGeo, a project aiming to fix the lack of spatial understanding in current AI CAD demos (which use LLMs to write code for geometry kernels). Instead, he trained two tiny models (16M parameters) on a hyper-specific dataset to encode geometry and physics directly, pursuing genuine spatial reasoning for generative design.
