Sakana AI Signs Contract with Japan's Ministry of Defense for AI Intel Analysis

Sakana AI announced a contract with Japan's Ministry of Defense to develop AI systems for supporting intelligence analysis. The project aims to build AI functions that assist human decision-making across information collection, analysis, and management. This follows their March contract with the Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency to upgrade the Self-Defense Forces' command and control systems.
