WatchGPT app updated with OpenAI's latest real-time speech models

The developer updated WatchGPT, a ChatGPT voice app for Apple Watch, to support OpenAI's newest real-time speech models with hardened conversation logic. The app features two modes: Fast Mode using gpt-realtime-2.1 for true streaming speech-to-speech, and Think Mode using a GPT-5.6 pipeline for slower, deeper reasoning. This is a sideloading-only project; there is no App Store build, and users must provide their own API keys.
