Delivered a Complete Humanoid Robot Project in Just 30 Days
yongqianme · x · 2026-08-24
This post recounts an extreme engineering challenge: delivering a full humanoid robotics project just 30 days after requirements were received. The deliverable was not a concept or a prototype, but a complete system including mechanical hardware, control hardware, whole-body control algorithms, AI models, two working demos, industrial/fashion design, motion capture data, and multiple rounds of real-world training. Four independent teams worked in parallel, culminating in a demonstration that won approval from a top executive at a company valued in the hundreds of billions.
